Our ”Member in the Spotlight” for January is Army veteran, Jeff Tegman (USMA '07). With an MBA in Engineering Management, Jeff serves as the Vice President of LCAB Holdings, a veteran-owned holding company that acquires and manages construction businesses to streamline operations and deliver unmatched value to commercial developers. Drawing on his military background, Jeff brings a disciplined, leadership-driven approach to building a premier portfolio of commercial construction trades. Jeff is passionate about giving back—he serves as a mentor with American Corporate Partners (ACP), helping veterans and active-duty spouses navigate their career transitions, and contributes as a Parent Advisory Group Member for Early Childhood Education with District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS).
