Our “Member in the Spotlight” for this month is Nate Moccia, Army veteran, Entrepreneur, and owner-director of AGTA Home Healthcare's first franchise.

ate leads a diversified home healthcare business providing personal care, nursing services, durable medical equipment, and home modifications across Ontario. After a 21-year Army career, he transitioned into entrepreneurship and rebuilt the franchise with stronger systems, operational discipline, and a focus on long term stability. 

During this month’s 10X Vets Entrepreneurial All Call, Nate discussed the pivotal moments that tested the business, including ownership restructuring and adapting operations during the height of the pandemic. By responding directly to the needs of long-term care facilities during outbreaks, the team found both purpose and scale in a moment when many businesses were retreating.
