Jesse builds technology for fund managers and private market operators to modernize how accredited investors are verified and onboarded. Through IncrediVer, he removes friction from capital raises by replacing slow, manual compliance steps with AI-driven workflows designed to improve speed, accuracy, and investor conversion.

During this month’s 10X Vets Entrepreneurial All Call, Jesse shared how his experience raising capital and navigating SEC regulations led him to create a better verification process for Reg D 506(c) offerings. He demonstrated how automated document review, investor qualification, and dynamic onboarding flows can help issuers move investors from interest to action without unnecessary delays.
