10X Vets Member Spotlight: Chad Robbins, Air Force Veteran

Our “Member in the Spotlight” for June is Air Force veteran Chad Robbins (USAFA ‘96). Chad is the CEO and Founder of Strike Flyers, a veteran-led aviation training company based in Colorado that specializes in military-grade Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) for civilian pilots. Drawing on his 21-year career as an F-15E Strike Eagle fighter pilot, Chad launched Strike Flyers to address the leading cause of fatal civilian aviation accidents: loss of control in flight. During this month’s 10X Vets All Call, Chad discussed how Strike Flyers is bridging the gap between military and civilian flight training through precision-based programs that dramatically improve pilot safety and decision-making. He shared his plans to scale the business through a $5M capital raise, expand the fleet with an F-5 jet to support advanced R&D training opportunities, and build recurring revenue through long-term client partnerships.
