Dave is the Founder and President of DK Sales Consulting, where he focuses on rapidly accelerating sales by teaching clients how to improve communication with a focus on the art and science of influence to understand how people make buying decisions. Dave has been leading, coaching, and training sales organizations for more than 20 years. After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy and completing his training and active duty commitment as a naval aviator flying helicopters, he spent more than 17 years with Johnson & Johnson. As a sales manager, he hired, trained and developed a top-notch sales team that accelerated performance quickly and maintained strong results in a difficult market. He also utilized his proven process with Schering-Plough and Patterson Medical to accelerate results with his sales teams and executed the process as a consultant for GSK Vaccines leading to national recognition for his efforts. He is excited about his recent partnering with David Wuensch of EPOCH Sales Management Solutions and combining their expertise to help small business owners scale their sales team from themselves to 5 or more by developing a GREAT sales function with well-researched systems to make a significant impact on their business and community.
