Our “Member in the Spotlight” for May is Navy veteran Jeff Servello (USNA ‘02). Jeff is an executive coach at Provision Advisors, where he brings over 20 years of military leadership to help business owners and senior leaders lead with clarity, purpose, and confidence. A former commanding officer and experienced program manager, he works closely with clients to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. At this month’s 10X Vets All Call, Jeff shared honest insights about stepping into a facilitator role, building team alignment, and why curiosity often beats judgment when leading others. He’s passionate about helping leaders grow businesses that are not just successful, but sustainable.
