10X Vets Member Spotlight: Juan Dominguez, Army Veteran

Our "Member in the Spotlight" for this month is Army veteran Juan Dominguez. Juan is a West Point graduate and founder of Dominguez Advisory Group, a business advocacy firm that helps small and mid-sized businesses navigate financial crises through debt mediation and capital access solutions.

Drawing from three decades of business experience across telecommunications, financial services, and executive leadership roles managing billion-dollar operations, Juan launched his advisory group to address the reality that nearly half of all small businesses fail within their first seven years due to creditor issues and limited access to capital. During this month's 10X Vets All Call, Juan discussed how his firm provides mediation rather than litigation to negotiate debt settlements typically ranging from 30-70% of original amounts. He shared compelling client success stories, including helping a Marine-owned company reduce monthly payments from $21,000 to $8,000 and negotiating a $200,000 contract dispute down to $20,000.
