We're excited to feature this month's 10X Vets Real Estate and Capital Circle recap featuring Bill Militello! This session focused on equipping members with strategic insights on scaling businesses and maximizing returns on invested capital.
This month's session explored the concept of force multipliers and how they provide the fastest path to exponential business growth. While effort alone can create steady progress, real 10X results come from strategic relationships that accelerate scale.
The capital lever was highlighted as a key area where multipliers make the greatest impact, from investor networks and lenders to joint venture partners and connectors who open new opportunities.
Members shared how these relationships have influenced their own businesses, including brokers unlocking better deal flow, family offices providing access to significant capital, and the 10X Vets network itself serving as a multiplier for larger acquisitions.
The conversation reinforced the importance of clearly defining force multipliers and sharing them openly so the community can help make valuable introductions. The new Force Multipliers initiative officially launches on October 30th, and members are encouraged to prepare their top 1–3 desired relationships before the kickoff call.
