Bill is a Naval Academy graduate, entrepreneur, and investor who has built and successfully exited multiple companies over the course of his career. With more than 20 years of experience, he has invested across a wide range of asset classes and business ventures, giving him a broad perspective on building wealth and creating value.
In addition to leading Militello Capital, Bill helped launch the Academy Fund and 10X Vets, two platforms designed to connect veterans with capital, deal flow, and business opportunities. His work spans private equity, real estate, and entrepreneurial ventures, always with a focus on building strong communities around shared success.
Bill’s entrepreneurial journey includes building a 401k consulting business that served thousands of participants, leading investment teams, and refining strategies that combine leadership, capital access, and operational efficiency. His experience has made him a trusted voice on business development and wealth creation strategies.
