We’re excited to announce the official launch of the Acquisitions & Exits Circle - a new community within 10X Vets designed for veteran business owners, M&A professionals, investors, and advisors navigating the complex world of buying, scaling, and exiting businesses.
Led by Jim Schuren of Focal Point Coaching, this Circle brings together a powerful network of operators and experts to explore both sides of the deal lifecycle. In our first session, we welcomed a mix of M&A professionals, business owners, coaches, and investors who shared insights and set the stage for what’s ahead.
The group will focus on building a trusted referral ecosystem, where members can exchange resources, refer clients, and discuss strategies related to:
Deal flow and due diligence
Valuations and financing
Scaling for exit
Exit options such as private equity and employee buyouts
The Circle includes members with diverse expertise — from private investors and lawyers to coaches, CFOs, and fractional COOs — all contributing perspectives on making businesses more investable and exit-ready.
We’ll also be encouraging 1:1 networking, shared bios, and referral tracking to help measure collective impact and value across the group.
