D.C. 2026 Recap: Finding Our Path to Scale in Washington, D.C.
We knew D.C. was going to be a good one. We didn’t know it would end up being one of our best retreats yet.
From the moment the Mastermind started, there was an energy in the room that carried through the entire day. People came ready to share what was working, ask real questions, offer ideas, and help each other think bigger about what was possible in their businesses.
And that was only part of the trip.
Our first D.C. Retreat gave us two days of great conversations, plenty of laughs, new connections, a beautiful afternoon on the Potomac, and more than a few reasons to come back.
Safe to say, D.C. won’t be a one-time thing.
Finding Your Path to Scale
This retreat was centered around one question: How do we scale from here?
Five members took the floor for our $100K+ Idea Exchanges, sharing strategies and lessons from their own businesses.
But the real value wasn’t limited to whoever had the floor.
Ideas sparked more ideas. Questions opened up completely different conversations.
Veterans from different industries were jumping in to share what had worked for them, offer another perspective, or help someone think through their next move.
That’s the kind of energy we came to D.C. for.
Business Was Only Half the Fun
After the Mastermind, we traded the conference room for some fresh air and headed to The Wharf.
We couldn’t have asked for better weather for an afternoon on the Potomac. With D.C.’s monuments in view, we had a chance to put business aside, enjoy the city, take entirely too many pictures, and spend some time together before heading back to the Army & Navy Club for dinner.
Two days. A lot of ideas. Even more laughs.
And one very successful first trip to Washington.
